It All Begins In This Point
I am Arash Rad, born on May 13, 1979, in the historic city of Mashhad, Iran. My life began with a series of migrations, a journey from city to city, country to country, from the bustling streets of Mashhad and Tehran. This lively childhood shaped my world of thoughts.
After high school, I moved to Germany, a significant challenge that marked the beginning of an extraordinary chapter in my life. There, I found not just a new home, but a world of opportunities. My education in architecture was not limited to classrooms; I was immersed in different cultures, various challenges, and diverse professional experiences; in Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Eventually, I returned to Iran, eager to apply my new skills, but knowing there was still more out there for me.
Thus, eight years ago, seeking fresh horizons in my life, I migrated to Turkey. Moving to Turkey was quite different from my previous travels. This country offered new potentials and fueled my desire to stay. I utilized my past experiences to grow in Turkey, yet I was still in search of new horizons.
Then, an invitation from an old friend, Omid Jalilvand, led me to join the international company ‘One More’; ‘One More’, a name that resonates with my belief in always moving one step forward. My motto is ‘One More, One Step Ahead, Be the Next’. Starting out in the Persian-speaking community of ‘One More’, I knew we would face many challenges, as the Persian division of the company was in its early stages. Despite all the ups and downs, we were the architects of its growth. Over time, ‘Persian One More’ stood proudly on its prestigious platform, and we climbed the ladder of success one step at a time, a testament to our team effort. In this journey, I rapidly ascended the ranks, and today, after five years of relentless effort and belief in my profession, I stand as a coach and senior expert, moving forward with strength and purpose. My role in ‘One More’ now transcends a job; I am an ambassador of health.
